Amanda Rivera is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Practice Group. Ms. Rivera represents sponsors, equity investors, developers and lenders in the development, construction and financing of energy and infrastructure projects, including solar, wind, battery storage, hydroelectric and other renewable energy projects.
Ms. Rivera also has experience advising lenders on a variety of cross-border project finance transactions in emerging markets.
In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Rivera serves as an adjunct professor, where she teaches a course on international business transactions.
Prior to joining Winslow & Co., Ms. Rivera was an attorney at a global law firm in its Washington, D.C., office.
