William is the managing partner and founder of Winslow & Co. He has almost thirty years of experience advising both international companies and organizations on mergers and acquisitions, corporate, financial, private equity and aeronautical law matters.
He has represented both buyers and sellers in local and multinational transactions. He has experience in providing advice in complex transactions and in the negotiation of terms and conditions, the drafting of contracts, and management of due diligence processes. William represents both companies and investors in complex private equity transactions and has extensive experience in their negotiation and implementation.
He also has extensive experience in aeronautical law matters and has represented different companies and lessees in aeronautical lease and financing operations for aircraft of various types. William has also advised foreign multilateral organizations and banks on funding operations, as well as on sale and lease-back operations.
William represents various international credit agencies and banks both in financial operations and in restructuring and refinancing operations.
He also has experience in capital market matters and has represented various companies in IPOs, and various public and private placements of capital and debt.
William has worked as foreign associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York. He has been tenured professor of the Master’s in Finance of CEMA University for several years, and of the Master’s in Law at the Universidad Católica Argentina and has taught courses and given conferences in various countries.
